Patricia is a patent agent at Bohan Mathers, having practiced intellectual property law since 1998. She has helped obtain patents for a wide variety of inventions that include medical devices, data mining software, advertising software, mapping software, paint, a shoe sole, an industrial roll cutting apparatus, wheel units for snowmobiles, an internal combustion engine, and countless other devices, processes and designs. Patricia also prepares opinions on patentability, patent infringement, and patent validity and enforceability.
Patricia began her professional career as a technical documentation specialist at a company in Germany and has near native language proficiency in German. In addition to representing domestic clients, Patricia also represents the intellectual property interests of many foreign clients from countries that include Germany, Norway, Spain, Poland, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Turkey, Russia, China, and Australia.
