December 2018 was a very productive month for many of our clients, and we would like to recognize some of their successes:
N. H. Bragg & Sons: The Eames and Bragg family sold the assets of their tool and industrial supply distribution company to Horizon Solutions LLC of New York. N. H. Bragg has been in business as a family owned business with a home office in Bangor, Maine since 1854, so this was a big moment in the history of this company.
Robert Nelson Dentistry: The Nelson family sold their Falmouth, Maine based dental practice to Brian T. Brunacini DDS, PA. Bob Nelson died unexpectedly last spring and his wife, Jan, and daughter, Sarah, did an amazing job operating the dental practice and transitioning the practice to a new owner/dentist.
Wallace Realty: George Gagnon completed the sale of his commercial real estate located in the South Portland industrial park. The property had been the home for Pond Cove Millworks, which George previously sold to his employees. The sale of the real estate was the final step in George liquidating his business assets. We wish George good health and a great retirement!
Mathews Brothers: We were pleased to work with Scott Hawthorne and his family and a key employee in implementing a succession plan for this very successful and fast growing window manufacturer based in Belfast, Maine.
Village Veterinary Clinic: Our client purchased this veterinary clinic located in Rollinsford, New Hampshire.
Player Design, Inc.: Our Presque Isle based client, Tyler Player, through PDI Holdings, purchased Unitemp Dry Kilns, which is a lumber kiln fabrication company located in Hope, Arkansas. Tyler has become an industry leader in biomass boilers and drying systems.
We are very pleased to be part of the team that made each of these transactions succeed.
